Chanel, Forever 21 Launch Magazines

Whether you visit a Chanel store worldwide, or plan on spending more than $40 at Forever 21, you’ll be treated to a glossy magazine highlighting the creative visions of the iconic house and fast-fashion superstore, respectively.

Forever 21 is set to launch its seasonal glossy magazine November 20, highlighting the chain's fashion and beauty offerings, along with street style features.  The debut issue specifically spotlights Forever's new beauty line, Love & Beauty and their new celeb-designed tee-shirt line.  Following the first edition, frequency will be seasonal, with the next issue hitting in March 2010. 

Chanel, meanwhile, has tapped Olivier Zahm to art direct 31 Rue Cambon, being distributed in Chanel stores, with editorial content being compared to Yves Saint Laurent's Manifesto.
