On the heels of her Gossip Girl-inspired capsule collection for Target, Anna Sui's Spring 2010 collection doesn't fail to achieve the designer's signature amount of embellished fanfare.
If the Cher Horowitz joined the Heathers in Tokyo and dressed up as little toy soldiers for Halloween, their wardrobe would roughly resemble Sui's latest line. An expert at patterns and embellishments, Sui has most recently made clothes that sparkle in feminine and preppy shapes, not to mention a few pairs of beautifully printed tights that we predict will be hot, hot, hot for spring.
