Exclusive Look: “Spy Kids” Blu-ray Featurette

With "Spy Kids: All the Time in the World in 4D" opening later this month, it's appropriate that the first three installments in the kid-friendly action franchise make their Blu-ray debuts.

Directed by one man studio Robert Rodriguez, the "Spy Kids" movies have a goofball charm all their own, a by-product of the "one of the family" feel that has persisted on the set of all four movies.

In this exclusive look at the "behind the scenes" bonus features, Rodriguez sits down with stars Alexa Vega and Daryl Sabara to talk about how he practically raised them over the course of ten years (the original "Spy Kids" was released in 2001) - even taking the notion of "father figure" to a literal level at Vega's recent wedding.

"Spy Kids," "Spy Kids 2: Island of Lost Dreams," and "Spy Kids 3D: Game Over" are available on Blu-ray tomorrow. "Spy Kids: All the Time in the World in 4D" opens everywhere August 19th.
