Actress Helen Hunt is apparently no longer mad about her Upper West Side apartment, which she recently listed for $2.8 million. Hunt, who has starred in "As Good as It Gets" and the sitcom "Mad About You," scooped up the home back in 2006 for $2.4 million.
Hunt's Manhattan abode measures about 2,000 square feet and boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Entry to the apartment is via a semi-private elevator and once you step into the elegant home you're greeted with restored herringbone floors, crown moldings, decorative fireplaces and antique lighting throughout. The actress's unit is located in a 1915 prewar co-op with building amenities such as a live-in super, porter staff, and a 24-hour doorman. For such impressive luxuries, the future tenant of this apartment is saddled with about $3,300 in monthly maintenance charges.
The Culver City native is reportedly permanently returning to her native City of Angels. She lives primarily in Los Angeles, so she no longer has need for an East Coast retreat, reports the Wall Street Journal.
