Consider it a balm for your Russell Stover-assaulted senses.

A post-Valentine's Day tradition continues on February 15, as The 12th Annual Love Hangover lands at Brooklyn's Littlefield.

The Hangover pairs an “ever-changing superstar crew of lovers, losers and libertines” in a series of duets whose themes span the entire wonderful/awful continuum of lurve, from poignant to funny to raunchy as hell. The lineup at this year's event, dubbed The Dirtiest Dozen, includes a bunch of NYC indie favorites:

Kendall Meade & Anders Parker
Caitlin Cary & Matt Douglas
Greta Gertler & Adam D. Gold
Lara Ewen & Richard Alwyn
Micheal Arenella & Alan Cary
Jessi Robertson & Greg Thomas

This musical showcase of love in all its guises started in Raleigh, N.C. in 2000 and has moved around the country with its creator, musician Richard Alwyn, to settle in Brooklyn (but will also take place in The 2011 Brooklyn show - events also will take place in Chicago, Kansas City, Raleigh and Ann Arbor in 2011). More than 150 performers have participated since the first Hangover, from Cat Power to author Rick Moody and the Magnetic Fields.

The Dirtiest Dozen: The 12th Annual Love Hangover at Littlefield, 622 Degraw Street (Gowanus), Brooklyn; (718) 855-3388. Tuesday February 15, 7:30PM. Tickets $12 at the door.
