They will play the United Palace Theater on Tuesday, August 9 at 8PM, he night before they hit the Prospect Park Bandshell. Opening for the band will be North Carolina outfit the Rosebuds. The tour sees frontman Justin Vernon performing with an 8-piece entourage of stellar musicians plucked from the backing ranks of artists like The National, Arcade Fire, Antony and the Johnsons and Andrew Bird, most of whom show up on the band’s upcoming album, Bon Iver, Bon Iver, out June 21 on Jagjaguwar. Tickets are $55 and are on sale now at Ticketmaster.
