Ziplining is an exhilarating ride for the average thrill-seeker, sure, but it also tests physical fitness.

"It's an extreme activity," zipline expert Bradd Morse says in the report. "It's a lot of fun."

And the Adventure Tower involves stretching, flexibility and utilizing upper body strength to lift and pull up body weight, Morse said.
