As we end this week on breast cancer awareness on Go Healthy New York, we wanted to bring back this moving story from the NBC New York archives -- veteran reporter and anchor Pat Battle's own fight with breast cancer.
In this story that aired last October, Pat shares her story of getting diagnosed with and treated for breast cancer.
"Those tiny white dots caused a seismic shift in my life," Pat said of the calcifications in her breast caught in a mammography.
