We think we speak for all New Yorkers when we say we all felt a little twinge of despair upon reading the article in The Guardian a couple of weeks ago saying that our favorite peroxide pixie-haired model, Agyness Deyn, was thinking about quitting modeling and leaving New York City for good. Granted, she claimed it was to focus on her acting career, but we all know how that too often ends up.
So we were pleasantly surprised to find Ms. Deyn seems to still be generating headlines.
First of all, did you know she's got her own nail polish? That's right, Australian cosmetics company Bloom recently unveiled "Agyness," an ultra-chic matte gray polish that's $15 and available on their website right now. It's a limited-edition shade, however, so act fast or you'll miss out.
Secondly, we just saw the (decidedly NSFW!) pictures Deyn took with photographer Alasdair McLellan for 032c magazine and ... Oh. Mah. God. The pictures were shot in black and white, which can be construed as artistic, we suppose, but they are also seriously provocative in a you-can-see-everything (and we mean EVERYTHING) kind of way. If you're trying to steer clear of the spotlight, Ms. Deyn, we humbly suggest you keep your clothing on.
