Officials removed a small vintage World War II fighter plane that crashed in to the Hudson River between Manhattan and New Jersey Friday evening, killing the pilot onboard. Michael George reports.
The aircraft was scheduled to perform at the Jones Beach Air Show this weekend, according to Gary Lewi, a spokesman for the American Airpower Museum at Republic Airport on Long Island, which owns the plane.
