    A power problem affecting signals at DeKalb Avenue in Brooklyn wrought havoc on subway service for the second time in a week Tuesday, forcing authorities to suspend service on the B line at the height of the morning rush.

    A third power outage in less than three weeks is wreaking havoc on subway service for commuters' morning ride Tuesday.

    Service on at least one line (the B) is suspended in both directions, while other lines are seeing major service changes and delays. With no estimated timetable for the return of service, riders are being told to seek alternatives.
