In this day and age, it's a serious milestone to make it to the double-digits (especially on the Lower East Side, which seems to take on a new aesthetic every five minutes). Owner Lydia Burd had the right formula when she opened—a balance of punky and feminine—that still hits the right notes with the area hipsters.
