So here's our big Rachel Zoe question: Is she paying her employees, or is Bravo? We ask because on tonight's episode, bleached blond control freak Taylor storms out of the house to go sulk in her car because her assistant Brad isn't pulling his weight. Faced with an angry manager and an uncooperative assistant, Zoe (who seems awfully thin-skinned, no mean pun about her leathery appearance intended) decides to make everyone happy by hiring a third person. That way, Taylor explains, she can do her job and Brad can be Zoe's "gal pal." Sounds...fair?
