Now Open: Hugo Boss Sneaks Into Soho

The opening of the crazy, cagey Hugo Boss concept store in the Meatpacking District this week is sure to be a big deal. Much more so than the debut of the company's Soho store, which quietly opened its doors more than two weeks ago at 555 Broadway. The shop, located on prime Soho turf, is huge, extending through the block to Mercer Street. Done up in black and white, it's filled with Boss Orange (their lower-priced line) and Boss Black merchandise for men and women—luxe classics, rendered in elegant shades of navy, charcoal and burnt umber. There's even a suiting salon at the rear. It's a nice, quiet retreat, perfect for the flush European tourists that clog the sidewalks outside. For more stories from Racked, go to racked.com.
