Miracle (Bra) on Houston Street

Lounge, the SoHo boutique known as much for its DJ booth and cocktail lounge as its racks, has reportedly sold its Broadway and Houston digs to Victoria's Secret, the chain known as much for its cute stuffed dogs and Bob Dylan-backed fashion shows as its underwear. Victoria's Secret already has a location at Broadway and Prince, so the new space will double the bra-purveyor's size. The Post's Page Six reports that Victoria's Secret plans to build out into a 24,000-foot flagship.

No word on how much the lingerie chain had to shell out, but perhaps, with credit market being what it is, Lounge might have asked for  real assets (no not Adriana  Lima). Luckily the new Diamond Fantasy Miracle Bra, encrusted with 3,575 black diamonds (including two black diamond drops totaling 100 carats), 117 one-carat round diamonds and 34 rubies would be a good start. The 1,500-carat boulder holder is valued at $5 million, which would go a good way toward getting Lounge set up in Miami, where it's rumored to be heading.
