Apparently, during the month of December, shoppers at editor darling Philip Lim's flagship store in Soho will get a choice of tote bags as special holiday gift. Now, once option is a simple bag embellished with the designer's initials, while the other boasts this seemingly innocent and adorable little face. But according to Fashionologie, it seems to look a bit like blackface. Are they reading too much into it? We can't decide, but if the debate keeps up, we'll probably opt for the tote with the initials.
