Cheap Goodies: Orla Kiely for Target

The designer known for those wildly covetable retro-print bags brings low-budget collection to Target.

We can barely contain our enthusiasm about this: Apartment Therapy NY has pictures of the goods that Orla Kiely -- known for those gorgeous bags with the 1960s prints that make us want to re-do our entire lives in a Please Don't Eat the Daisies motif -- has designed for Target. The collection will include "dinner and servingware, storage boxes, closet organization, table and kitchen linens and even an apron," all set to hit stores in early February. Plenty of pretty retail porn in the gallery, right here.

Now if only the Atlantic Terminal Target can get its act together in time for the inevitable onslaught of Kiely fans -- especially given the just-posted second undercover installment from blogger F***ed in Park Slope calling the store "an abortion of retail." Hmm.
