Bam!: DVF Debuts Wonder Woman Comic

Last night at her Meatpacking District boutique, designer Diane von Furstenberg debuted her comic book, Be the Wonder Woman You Can Be. The green tome was stacked about the space, as were special DVF Wonder Woman tees and totes. Per the theme, bright red Wonder Woman cosmos completed the standard drink offerings of champagne, white wine and sparkling water. PR girls including Olivia Palermo and Whitney Port helped check off names at the door, and mingled with guests inside (upon entrance, you were warned that you'd be video taped). We snagged an early copy of the book, now on sale at the store and online and scanned some pages in. If only a floating 70's-era DVF head would appear to offer us advice during tough times.
