With the market entering uncertain times, UrbanDigs wrote that inventory and price cuts are way up in September. We love a good panicked seller or two, so we hit StreetEasy and looked up apartments that had their prices cut 10% or more in the past week. They are definitely out there, but not necessarily bunched up together for one quick sweep of inventory—except in one location. There's a nice pocket of PriceChoppers in Midtown, just south of Central Park. It's a unique group, including one live/work space that appears to have a Trojan horse in the living room.
