It looks like an odd corner of Red Hook is going to be getting a four-story, 81-room "boutique hotel." At least, that's the plan for Seabring Street, which is nowhere near the lower end of Van Brunt Street or Fairway or Ikea or any of that. Actually, the hotel should have some killer views of the entrance to the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, the landmark to which it's most proximate. Interesting. [Brownstoner]
