Yes, Forest Hills. There is news that city planners want to create a new Forest Hills District "to help the shopper's mecca keep its small-town feel and stave off overdevelopment." People are worried that the wester part of Austin Street is vulnerable to "large commercial and residential structures." One developer wants to put up a 15-story, 100-room luxury hotel at Austin St. and 70th Road. (Well, maybe had planned until, you know, The Trouble, started.) Anyway, there's a big rezone in the work that would limit the size of new development.
