One of the bigger developments in Fort Greene is going rental. This one is the Clermont Condominium, a 52-unit project that went on the market in April but "is packing it in and going rental." Apparently the "not particularly sexy building" had a problem competing with others in Fort Greene and Downwtown. Rental prices to come. [Brownstoner]
