The intersection of 14th Street and Third Avenue continues its march toward...something. The Variety Theater is now the Toll Brothers' gift to curtain companies—One Ten 3rd—and the southeast corner will be the 123 Third tower. Now, Vanishing New York reports that the small green brick annex to Jam Envelope & Paper just in from the NYU dorm on the northeast corner has been demolished.
