Yankee slugger Derek Jeter put his Midtown bachelor pad – a four-bedroom apartment with 16-foot floor-to-ceiling windows he bought directly from The Donald – on the market for $20 million, fueling rumors about an impending engagement to his longtime squeeze.

Jeter paid $12.6 million in 2001 for the First Avenue digs, which are in a neighborhood his "Friday Night Lights" star girlfriend Minka Kelly apparently doesn't like, a source told The New York Post.

"Minka's vibe is more downtown," the source told the paper. So maybe the couple will be spotted scoping out apartments in SoHo.

Donald Trump, who personally sold Jeter the apartment, no brokers included, isn't miffed by the Yankee captain's decision to move on.

"Derek is the greatest. There's nobody like him," he told the Post.

Meanwhile, Jeter's almost done building a gigantic estate in Tampa, Fla., near the Bronx Bombers' spring training facility. It's 30,875 square feet with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms and overlooks the water. Maybe that'll be good enough for Minka.
