The building will have a variety of green bells and whistles. The development is named after a a famous 14th-century African queen. The development will be at New York Avenue and Fulton Street, a block from the renovated Restoration Plaza and two blocks from the A train at Nostrand Avenue. Corcoran is handling marketing. It looks like the whole buiding is listed at $1.099M.
