For those who pay attention to the goings on in Downtown Brooklyn, we have an updated look at the site of the former Albee Square Mall once owned by developer Joe Sitt who promised to turn it into the "Belaggio" of malls. Oops. Mr. Sitt sold the property and it's been a slow and huge demo process to ready it for a massive retail-condo-office development that will be known as Citypoint.
