The Skinny: There's just way too much craziness in the world right now. We need a neighborhood that's calm, cool and collected. One that doesn't care about what so called "experts" or "buyers" or "cold, hard data" say about the current market. We need...Sutton Place, with its charming co-ops and charming water views and charming old people. According to this listing, "Never before have interior photos of this large split two bedroom and two bathroom home been shown but here they are!" We're not sure why they were holding back (or still are, kinda), but damn it, that line totally worked on us. So, how much for a bit of calm during this storm?
