The Skinny: Followers of Curbed will most likely recognize this building pretty easily, but keep it to yourselves, we say! A neighbor of Norman Foster's DNA strand for the Hearst company, this 45th-floor apartment in a super-full-service building converted to condos a little while back has exposures that look out to the Hudson River, east across 57th Street and—best of all—over Columbus Circle and onto Central Park and beyond. The views from this height are a big selling point, so don't take them lightly. Building amenities include everything under the Manhattan amenity overdrive sun.
