GREENPOINT—The rezoning follies are playing in North Brooklyn with a huge proposal to rezone 175 blocks in Greenpoint and Central Williamsburg. Per a release "the rezoning is meant to prevent new out-of-scale development by establishing height limits and to create opportunities for affordable housing through the inclusionary housing program." The fun and games start tonight at 6:30 at the Capitol One Bank at Calyer and Manhattan. We have faith the discussion will be polite.
