FINANCIAL DISTRICT—A new website has launched for 99 John Deco Lofts, developer Rockrose's conversion of their own FiDi rental building into a very wordy condo project. On this slightly creepy new site, models frolic and go about their business—superimposed over renderings and pictures of the building. And there's a familiar face in there, a tipster writes: "One of the stock models is Alex McCord, annoying faux-classy star of The Real Housewives of NYC and wife of equally annoying gay Aussie Simon. She must have done some stock modeling years before that show took off. And one of her kids is in the video with her! To see it, click Residences, and then 2-bedrooms." WEST CHELSEA—Changes are afoot at Jean Nouvel's 100 Eleventh Avenue, which never met a dollar it couldn't burn through. A tipster points out that the building currently appears on Corcoran Sunshine's website, CorcoSun having repped the project since its launch (and selling 80% of the building, we hear). But the building has now popped up with Elliman, and the 100 Eleventh website says Elly is the exclusive sales and marketing agent. A spokesperson confirms the switch. NOTED.
