The long, long saga of the former Heavy Metal Building at 360 Smith Street in Carroll Gardens continues. Word just in that the Board of Standards and Appeals has decisively concluded that it can't make a decision just yet. So, they'll do it all over again, we hear, on November 25. The issue is whether the building should be 55 feet tall or 70 feet tall. Call it the South Brookyn equivalent of the Finger Building, which has also been in BSA Hell forever. [CurbedWire Inbox]
