This is what is coming to 232 Bedford Avenue, otherwise known as the garden next to the neighborhood's famous Mini Mall and the house on the corner of N. 4 Street. (It's all across the street from the construction mess that makes up the block between N. 3 & N. 4 and Bedford Ave. and Berry St., but that's an entirely different story. In official Department of Buildings terminology this is a "vertical extension" of an existing two-story building with what would appear to be some new retail space next door. Our little Bedford Avenue is changing, Hula Hoop Girl notwithstanding.
