No matter how pissy one's landlord is, he or she would have a hard time going up against a Queens landlady who was just order to pay $500,000 to a tenant for wrongful eviction. To get rid of a tenant and his two teen daughters the landlady, among other things, filed fake child abuse claim, got into the apartment and dumped the belongings in the street. The landlady didn't want the teenage daughters living in the $1,100 a month Elmhurst 1BR. [NYDN]
