Combining at least one of our favorite things, Brasserie Cognac is rolling out four weeks of "Cognac School" starting October 18. Lessons include cognac basics (or, as we like to think of it, remedial boozing), making cognac cocktails and flambéing with cognac. Starting fires — could there be a quicker way into students' hearts? Classes are $60 a pop.
