John's on 12th St. celebrates its 100th anniversary on the 23rd, and to celebrate they're rolling back their prices to match those they offered 1908. The deal only lasts from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m., but they'll offer everything on the menu for under $1: veal parm for $.95, chicken cacciatore for $.75, stuffed mushrooms and tomato bruschetta for a quarter, and most excellently, a glass of cabernet or chablis for $.50.
