In their march towards world domination, Frank Falcinelli and Frank Castronovo -- they of Frankie's Spuntino and the upcoming Prime Meats gourmet megaplex -- just soft-opened the Viennese-themey Coffee Peddlar on Court Street near Warren.
All proper permits are still en route, but for now, you can enjoy dollar coffee (from that other Brooklyn colonizer, Portland's Stumptown Coffee Roasters) and pastries (when everything's up and running, the pasrty cart will offer Viennese delicacies like sacher tortes and strudels).
