    Bed-Stuy: Are quality cocktails finally coming to Bed-Stuy? Could be, if new restaurant/bar SaraJames gets it right. The place, which opens Saturday, is touted by the owners as a "Speakeasy," but it looks like it will be neither secretive nor hard to get into. Perhaps it's in reference to the unassuming entrance or the private room in the basement—which will someday be used for artist showcases.

    Other fun promotional facts: it is also described as a "fine dining experience for mature adults" and there is a "no sneakers, baseball caps, droopy jeans or hoodies" dress code. Intriguing! A draft of the opening menu is below for public perusal, and if anyone gets on the J train this weekend to check it out, send early impressions this way.
