It has been longest week ever for NYC's Restaurant Week Winter 2009, as word came Friday that it has again been extended, this time through March 20.

The promotion will continue at more than 130 participating restaurants.  It first started on January 18th running for it usual two week course. It has twice been extended.

Prices for the program remain the same with three-course prix-fixe lunches for $24.07 and three-course prix-fixe dinners for $35.00 (excluding beverage, tax and gratuity).

Some participating restaurants will even offer the deal on Sundays.

The complete list of restaurants participating in the extension and select menus will be available at nycgo.com/restaurantweek starting Saturday, February 28.

Restaurant Week is in its 18th year and offers the epicurious a chance to try some of the city's best -- and priciest -- restaurants.
