A Closer Look at Blue Elm, Now Serving French-African Fusion (and Sushi!)

    Last night, Blue Elm opened in the old Regate space on Orchard Street after a couple of nights of friends and family. Here’s a look inside, and at the menu created by former China Grill, Boucarou, and Asia de Cuba chef Malik Fall, who, as mentioned before, is blending his Senegalese background with his French and Asian training.
