AND IT FEELS SO GOOD: In the 1990s, Blondie’s Debbie Harry performed and recorded as part of the giddily unclassifiable, quasi-vaudevillian Jazz Passengers. Now, as the group (first formed in 1987 when two of its founding members, Roy Nathanson and Curtis Fowlkes, met as part of the Big Apple Circus’ band) releases Reunited, its first album in 12 years, La Harry (who moonlights on the disc) will perform with the group in its original incarnation. Jazz Standard, 7:30PM; 9:30PM.
OVERACHIEVERS: Daily Show exec producer Rory Albanese takes time out from counting his Emmys to host a stellar lineup of comedy culled entirely from the show’s ranks: TDS performers and writers stop by the regular Daily Show & Friends night to show off their moonlighting material, and you never know (John Oliver? Kristen Schaal?) who might be on the bill. Comix, 8PM.
