…and tapas + running of the bulls = Spanish fun

Lady Gaga brings the bombast to MSG.

STAR WATTAGE: What do you do when you sell out all four of your shows at Radio City Music Hall? You book three more dates—at the Garden. the second leg of Lady Gaga’s Monster Ball tour descends tonight, with two more dates on July 7 and 9 (and yet another two on February 21 and 22, 2011). 8PM.

SUMMER TUNES: Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward—aka She & Him—recently released their sophomore effort Volume Two, which reminded us how much we miss simple vocal harmonies layered over spare arrangements, and officially cemented Deschanel’s reputation as the Swiss army knife of indie chicks. She can do absolutely everything, effortlessly, and maintain perfect hair the whole time. We want to play dolls with her. WFUV presents the pair at Terminal 5, 8PM.

SPANISH FLIGHT: As daredevil Spaniards prepare to (attempt to) outrun the bulls halfway around the world, celebrate San Fermin far from the danger of goring at La Fonda del Sol on Park: From July 6 through 14, they’ll have the TV tuned to the Pamplona bull runs, with a themed tapas menu (bull’s-tail sliders!) and drinks in accompaniment.
