It's time for Harriet Mays Powell and Amy Larocca to weigh in on the biggest trends from the spring 2009 runways. The color palate was mostly beige or "makeup colors," as Harriet says. Amy notes, "It wasn't New York's most exciting Fashion Week," but Marc Jacobs delivered a "mind-blowingly good" show. And you won't be able to escape the droopy-crotched harem pant.
