Come on New York, let's send Gang Green off in style.

The playoff-bound Jets are holding a rally this afternoon ahead of their highly anticipated Wild Card showdown Saturday in Indianapolis against Peyton Manning and the Colts.

As coach Rex Ryan has said, Gang Green wants revenge on the team that knocked them out of Super Bowl contention last season. So let's help pump them up. Fireman Ed will be on hand to help do just that, as will the Jets Flight crew.

Event organizers say two "Jets alumni" will also be there to energize the crowd. So put on your jersey and head to Midtown to help send the Jets into the post-season.

    Here are the details:

    When: Thursday, Jan. 6, 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m.
Rockefeller Plaza Center West (6th Avenue and 51st Street outside the SNY Studio)
Who: Mystery Jets alumni, Fireman Ed, Jets Flight Crew cheerleaders, the band Ready in 10
PLAYOFFS, BABY! (And they'll be handing out commemorative Jets towels)
