REMEMBER: Former Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani narrates HBO’s documentary “In Memoriam: New York City, 9/11/01,” which brings together affecting still photography and video footage, eyewitness interviews and behind-the-scenes access to City Hall dealing with the aftermath. The film screens at the Museum of the City of New York at 3PM.

GYPPED: The Fifth Annual New York Gypsy Festival is no sober affair: today through September 26, soak up sounds from traditional to rootsy to punk from musicians both homegrown (like Brian Chase of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, drumming for Sway Machinery) and far-flung (like Turkish clarinet virtuoso Barbaros Erkose).
