Corinne Bailey Rae brings her latest material to Webster Hall.

ALL GROWED UP: After being the face of cute-girl pop, all birdies and butterflies, Corinne Bailey Rae went to a whole other place after surviving personal tragedy (the overdose of her musician husband) for her sophomore disc “The Sea,” produced by the Roots’ ?uestlove. She shows off both sides of herself at Webster Hall, with Mark Ronson protégé/soul youngster Daniel Merriweather opening. 7:30PM.

DOODLE: Shepard Fairey, best known for his election-affection Obama “Hope” poster, anchors a panel to discuss Penguin Classics’ Deluxe Edition of the journals of activist/ artist/1980s NYC fixture Keith Haring. Also on the panel: Fab 5 Freddy and dealer/MoCA curator Jeffrey Deitch. Barnes & Noble Tribeca, 7PM.

MONEY TALKS: Oscar-winning director Alex Gibney will be on hand at the IFC for a sneak preview of his documentary “Casino Jack and the United States of Money,” about the corrupt scandals and particularly unsavory circumstances (Russian spies! Chinese sweatshops!) that sent D.C. lobbyist Jack Abramoff to jail. Feelgood filmmaking this isn’t. 8PM.
