Giants Plaxico Burress

Since wide receiver Plaxico Burress was suspended, the Giants' running game has suffered.

 

After wide reciever Plaxico Burress ended his season with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, opposing defenses were able to shift their focus.

The Giants' only post-Plax running success was the Week 16 Panthers game, when the Giants had 300 yards, but in that game the Panthers best defensive tackle was sidelined.

They can do this without him. He was not that defining of a player for the team. They have had a harder time because of the negative publicity in my opinion. Once the reporters got in there faces and only talked about the negative that Plax brought to the team, they started to struggle. All ... MORE >
