Guava Rum Shrimp

Guava Rum Shrimp
5 shrimp (gulf, wild)
3 bell peppers (tri-color)
1 shallot
1 tblsp of butter
Dark Puerto Rican Rum (2 oz)
Guava Paste
 
1. With butter, sauté all the bell peppers with touches of the shallots
2. Add the shrimp
3. Add the guava and rum to finish

1 ½ oz Light

Puerto Rican Rum

4 oz Pink Lemonade

½ oz Pomegranate Juice

Pour light Puerto Rican Rum and Pink Lemonade into a Collins glass filled with ice. Add pomegranate juice on top and garnish with a lemon wedge.

 

Rum Stiletto

1oz Light Puerto Rican Rum

1/2oz Gold Puerto Rican Rum

3oz Ginger Ale

1oz Cranberry Juice

Add all ingredients into a Collins glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
