Tahini Paste 1 lb
Fresh Lemon Juice 1/2 cup
Lemon Zest 1 tsp
Roasted Garlic 2 oz
Olive oil 1 Cup
Cumin 2 Tsp

Kosher Salt 1 Tsp
White Pepper 1/4 Tsp
Place all ingredients in a food processor and drizzle in the Olive oil slowly until it forms a smooth paste.

Radishes
Bean Sprouts
Tomato
Red onion
Peppers
Carrots
Slice the bread length wise and smear both sides with the hummous. Build the sandwich layering the vegetables until the sandwich is built.
