Fairway Market's Vegetarian Health Sandwich with Hummus

Hummus

Chick peas 3 cups
Tahini Paste 1 lb
Fresh Lemon Juice 1/2 cup
Lemon Zest 1 tsp
Roasted Garlic 2 oz
Olive oil 1 Cup
Cumin 2 Tsp
Cayenne 1/2 Tsp
Kosher Salt 1 Tsp
White Pepper 1/4 Tsp

Place all ingredients in a food processor and drizzle in the Olive oil slowly until it forms a smooth paste.
 

 
Vegetarian Health Sandwich

7 Grain Bread 2 Slices
English Cucumber
Radishes
Bean Sprouts
Tomato
Red onion
Peppers
Carrots
 
Slice the bread length wise and smear  both sides with the hummous. Build the sandwich layering the vegetables until the sandwich is built.
