A man was run over by an L train in Brooklyn Tuesday morning when he jumped down onto the tracks to get his cell phone, but emerged unscathed because he lay down when the train arrived, the MTA said. Andrew Siff reports.

Residents in the quiet town of Cutchogue, Long Island are outraged over the wild parties thrown at a nearby winery. They allege Vineyard 48 is promoting out of control drinking that has led to lewd behavior in the neighborhood. They are suing but the winery is fighting back. Erika Tarantal reports.
