    EAT: TROPICAL CRAB SALAD

     

     

     

    Water-dense cucumbers, beta-carotene packed mango, healthy fat-filled avocado and omega-3 fatty acid packed crab keeps skin hydrated and supple all summer long.

     

     

     

    RECIPE:

     

     

     

    -1 english cucumber

     

     

     

    -1 mango, peeled

     

     

     

    -1 avocado

     

     

     

    -1 tbsp lime juice

     

     

     

    -pinch of salt

     

     

     

    -pinch of cayenne

     

     

     

    -6 oz jumbo lump crab meat

     

     

     

    -lime to garnish
